With the Private Land Use System, you are guaranteed a permit and will not have to worry about winning the draw. With our experienced and knowledgeable guides you can be assured that your time in the field is well spent. With our varied terrain, and optional cabin lodging, we can tailor our hunts depending on the ambitions and abilities of our hunters. Hunt Packages
2010 Bull Elk Hunt Package (Archery, Muzzleloader or Rifle)
Six night, five-day package - Arrive the night before between 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Hunt five full days and depart after breakfast on your sixth day. Bull elk hunts include room and board, guide (2:1), four wheel drive transportation, field dressing of animal, transportation to local processor/taxidermist, license (private land, resident or non-resident), and tax. Lodging based on double occupancy, high country cabins available. We only offer a limited number of archery or muzzleloader hunts each year, please call for availability.
* Please note: Bull elk hunt dates are based on season dates provided by New Mexico Game and Fish, as it pertains to weapon type and unit location. We have set up these hunt dates to provide our hunters with a prime hunting experience. We do not allow re-scheduling of these hunt dates. Deposits required on all hunts, gratuity not included. *
2010 Cow Elk Hunt Package (rifle only)
Two day, three night all inclusive, cow elk hunt – Arrive the night before between 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Hunt two days, depart after breakfast on third day. Two day package includes: three nights lodging, 2 days hunting, meals, snacks, beverages, guide (2:1), four wheel drive transportation while on hunt, field dressing, transport of animal to local processor, license (private land, resident or non-resident), and tax.
* Please note: cow elk hunts include a field dress of animal, and transportation of the carcass to our local processor. If you plan on taking meat home with you, skinning, deboning, quartering, and packing into coolers is the responsibility of the hunter. This also applies to all big game hunts. *
2010 Mule Deer Hunt – Limited Availability, Call Now!
Six night, five-day package - Arrive the night before between 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Hunt five full days and depart after breakfast on your sixth day. Mule deer hunts include lodging, hunting, meals, snacks, beverages, guide (2:1), four wheel drive transportation, field dressing of animal and transportation to local processor/taxidermist, license (private land, resident or non-resident), and tax. Lodging based on double occupancy, high country cabins available.
2010 Spring Turkey Hunt
Four night, three day Merriam's Turkey hunt package - Arrive the night before between 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Hunt three consecutive days, depart after breakfast on fourth day. Package includes four nights lodging, three days hunting, meals snacks, beverages, guide (2:1), four wheel drive transportation while on hunt, and transportation to local taxidermist/processor, license (resident or non-resident), and tax. Take up to 2 birds per hunter.
2010 Lion Hunt – SOLD OUT
Six night, five day guided hound hunts – Arrive the night before between 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Hunt five full days and depart after breakfast on the sixth day. Lion hunts include lodging, hunting, meals, snacks, beverages, guide (1:1), four wheel drive transportation, field dressing of animal and transportation to local processor/taxidermist, license (resident or non-resident), and tax.
Lion hunts are best if booked tentatively, and arranged in conjunction with weather conditions.
2010 Bear Hunt
Six night, five day guided bear hunt – Arrive the night before between 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Hunt five full days and depart after breakfast on the sixth day. Bear hunts include lodging, hunting, meals, snacks, beverages, guide (1:1), four wheel drive transportation, field dressing of animal and transportation to local processor/taxidermist, license (resident or non-resident), and tax.
